GOD catalytic reaction equation:
★In the absence of catalase, the oxidation of 1 mol of glucose consumes 1 mol of oxygen; C6H12O6 + O2→C6H12O7 + H2O2
★In the presence of catalase, oxidation of 1mol|glucose consumes 0.5mol of oxygen; C6H12O6 + 1/2O2→C6H12O7
★In the presence of ethanol and catalase, hydrogen peroxide is simultaneously used for the oxidation of ethanol; 1 mol of oxygen is consumed by oxidizing 1 mol of glucose;
C6H12O6 + C2HsOH + O2 → C6H12O7 + CH3CHO + H2O

 

Mechanism of Action

How to use:
