Glucoamylase SNbase-GA is produced by fermentation of Aspergillus niger. The enzyme can hydrolyze α-D-1,4 and α-D-1,6 glucosidic bonds of liquefied starch to produce glucose.

This product fully complies with the Chinese food-grade enzyme preparation standard GB 8276-2006 and the Chinese food additive hygiene standard GB 2760-2007.

◆ Glucoamylase is used in beer production with the following advantages:

Conditions
◆ Temperature: optimum temperature 45°C- 55°C, effective temperature 40°C-65°C.
◆ PH value: the optimum PH value is 5.5-7.0, and the effective PH value is 5.0-7.5. .
Add amount
The amount of glucoamylase added is 0.05-0.15% (malt and adjuncts). Since the specific conditions of each plant are different, the optimal dosage should be determined by experiment.
Add method
Adding method: Dilute and dissolve with saccharification water, and add it to the saccharification pot at the beginning of saccharification.

Storage and Shelf Life
Glucoamylase should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation and storage. It should be stored at 4- 10°C and has a shelf life of 12 months.
Product Safety Instructions
The enzyme solution should be avoided from contact with the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose and mouth. If it is accidentally inhaled or splashed into the eyes, immediately rinse with water for more than 15 minutes.
