3. Product application

Product usage plan

Conditions of use:Temperature range: below 65°C is relatively stable, the most suitable temperature is between 55°C- 60°C.
pH range: Effective pH range is 3.0-6.5, and optimum pH range is between 5.0-5.6.
Effects of common metal ions on enzyme activity: lower concentrations of Ca2+, Mg2+ can activate, and Hg2+, Fe3+ and oxidants can inhibit enzyme activity.

The optimal saccharification conditions depend on saccharification time, pH, temperature, substrate concentration and enzyme dosage. Each application manufacturer should determine the best process conditions according to their own conditions. The recommended methods are as follows:
In maltose syrup (gluten) and beer brewing, 0.1-0.3L/t dry basis, saccharification under optimum conditions for 0.5-30 hours. High Maltose Syrup (>70%) : Synergistic saccharification with pullulanase is required. Suggested usage: β-amylase 0.5-1.0L/t dry basis, pullulanase 0.5-1.0L/t dry basis (enzyme activity in 1,000 units), saccharification for 24 hours.
Ultra-high maltose syrup (>90%): Need to synergize with pullulanase and maltotrisidase. Suggested usage: β-amylase 1.5-2.0L/t dry basis, pullulanase 1.5-2.8L/t dry basis (enzyme activity in 1,000 units), saccharification for 24 hours, adding maltotrisidase 1.5-2.0 L/t dry basis, continue saccharification for 24 hours (the above time and dosage are for reference only, the specific test should prevail).

● Storage and Shelf Life
Enzyme preparations are biologically active substances and should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation and storage. The shelf life of this product is 18 months in a cool and dry environment; in a low temperature and dry environment of 5-25°C, the shelf life is 24 months.
