Temperature: optimum temperature 58°C-65°C, effective temperature 30°C-65°C;
pH value: optimum pH value is 4.5-5.5, effective pH value is 4.0-5.5.
Addition amount: The recommended dosage is 0.01-0.05% of the dry matter, and the dosage is determined by experiment according to different raw materials, products and production processes.
