1. Product Introduction
The protein powder in corn starch processing is a by-product with high added value. The filtration and dehydration of concentrated gluten is an important part of its production process. This enzyme is based on the characteristics of corn gluten (gluten liquid). 3. Product application
● Action Conditions
Temperature range: effective temperature range 20-65°C, optimum temperature range 50-55°C; pH range: effective pH range 3.0-7.0, optimum pH range 4.5-6.0.
● Add method
Main separator underflow addition, the addition amount is 10-20ppm of dilute gluten volume.
Concentrated overhead stream or concentrated gluten storage tank addition, add 30-60ppm of concentrated gluten volume
(It is recommended to determine the optimal addition amount according to the test).

● Storage and Shelf Life
Enzyme preparations are biologically active substances and should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation and storage. The shelf life of this product is 18 months in a cool and dry environment; in a low temperature and dry environment of 5-25°C, the shelf life is 24 months.
