Corn starch processing complex enzyme (202 series)
1. Product Introduction
This product is a compound enzyme formulated according to the traditional wet-milling corn starch processing technology. It is mainly composed of cellulase, xylanase and beta-glucanase. It reduces the viscosity of materials by enzymatically hydrolyzing non-starch polysaccharides in corn. In order to improve the separation effect of corn starch, fiber and protein, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the yield of corn starch and corn gluten meal, increasing the amount of corn broken, reducing the moisture of wet base fiber and reducing energy consumption.

3. Product application
● Action Conditions
Temperature range: 25C-80°C, optimal temperature range: 45-55C;
pH range: 3.5-8.0, optimal pH range: 4.5-5.5.
● Add method
Addition amount: add 30-100 grams per ton of corn, and add it to the material after diluting it 10 times with tap water. The optimal amount is determined by experiment.
Adding method: It can be added after the needle grinding section. It is best to add it in the top flow of the needle grinding tank, fiber washing tank and main centrifuge. It is recommended to add an enzymatic hydrolysis storage tank before the needle grinding tank or fiber washing. 180 minutes, the effect is more obvious.
● Product efficacy
Improve crushing capacity and improve equipment utilization;
Reduce wet base fiber, wet base germ moisture, reduce steam consumption;
Reduce the total starch content of wet base fiber and germ;
Improve starch yield and protein powder yield.
● Product Packaging Specifications
The liquid preparation of this product is packed in 25kg plastic drums, and the solid preparations are packed in 25kg cardboard drums, which can be customized according to demand.
● Storage and Shelf Life
Enzyme preparations are biologically active substances and should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation and storage. The shelf life of this product is 18 months in a cool and dry environment; in a low temperature and dry environment of 5-25°C, the shelf life is 24 months.

Enzymes are proteins, which have certain sensitization to certain groups of people, and may have irritating effects on the skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
