Catalase is a liquid enzyme produced by biotechnology, which can effectively decompose hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) into oxygen and water, which only works on hydrogen peroxide. It is widely used to remove hydrogen peroxide generated or residual after disinfection, sterilization, bleaching and processing of food, food ingredients and food additives.
